Standard Shipping Charges

We do not offer free delivery. A flat shipping fee of PKR 1,500 is applied to all orders, regardless of the destination within Pakistan.

Shipping Confirmation & Processing

To protect against fraud and ensure secure transactions, we require official confirmation of payment receipt from the bank before processing your order.

Important: We do not accept payment screenshots as valid proof of transaction.

This verification step may cause a slight delay in shipping, especially during weekends or bank holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Timeframe

Once your payment is confirmed:

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days.

• Delivery usually takes an additional 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one within 5 days of payment confirmation, please contact us.
